These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agent Life (the "App"), operated by Alejandro Carbajo ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Agent Life is a native client application for OpenClaw, the open-source AI agent platform. The App connects to your self-hosted or cloud-hosted OpenClaw gateway to provide a visual interface for interacting with your AI agents.
Important: Agent Life is a client application. We do not provide AI agents, language models, or AI processing. The AI functionality is provided by your OpenClaw installation and the AI model providers you configure within it.
To use Agent Life, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, notify us of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
Agent Life offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Features for each tier are described within the App.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our servers, reverse engineer the App, interfere with its infrastructure, transmit malware, resell access, or use automated means beyond normal usage.
Agent Life connects to your OpenClaw gateway. You are solely responsible for:
We are not responsible for any actions taken by your AI agents, any content they generate, or any consequences resulting from their operation.
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Alejandro Carbajo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create through the App. AI-generated content ownership is governed by the terms of the AI model provider used by your OpenClaw gateway.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, meet your specific requirements, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions, including the EU, do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For EU consumers, you retain the benefit of mandatory provisions of your country of residence. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, then submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
